Assessment pathway
All assessments are conducted by a US-licensed and US-trained medical doctor, applying the same diagnostic standards and DSM-5 criteria guidelines used in American medical practice.
A structured process using gold-standard, validated, and evidence-based screening tools — from an initial screen through to a formal clinical interview, diagnosis, and personalised treatment plan.
Pre-interview screening
The patient begins by completing a set of short, validated questionnaires covering seven clinical areas. The results are reviewed and a pass/fail report is issued before any further assessment takes place.
This fee ensures that only patients with a genuine interest in assessment proceed — helping us prevent an overflow of submissions.
DIVA-5 clinical interview
Patients with a positive screen are offered a one-to-one clinical interview using the DIVA-5 — a globally recognised diagnostic interview for ADHD in adults, based on DSM-5 criteria. The interview looks at both current symptoms and symptoms from childhood.
This fee is set at a similar level to the cost of recommended ADHD medication — so that patients who receive a diagnosis are in a position to afford treatment.
Official report & suggested treatment plan
After the interview, an official diagnostic report is provided along with personalised recommendations on a comprehensive treatment plan. Suggestions will include both medication options and non-medication strategies, based on current clinical guidelines.
Follow-up appointments
Follow-up appointments are available to review your progress, monitor your response to treatment, and update your management plan as needed.
