About this assessment
Diagnostic rigour you can trust

Most ADHD assessments cut corners. Ours doesn't. We use the same validated tools and diagnostic standards applied in US clinical practice — structured, thorough, and interpreted by a qualified medical doctor.

All assessments are conducted by a US-licensed and US-trained medical doctor, applying the same diagnostic standards and DSM-5 criteria guidelines used in American medical practice.

The process
Four steps to a clear answer

Each step is designed to be thorough and clinically sound — building on the last, so that by the end you have a clear diagnosis, a formal report, and a personalised path forward.

01

Pre-interview screening

You begin by completing a set of short, validated questionnaires covering seven clinical areas. Results are reviewed and a pass/fail report is issued before any further assessment takes place.

2,000 PKR

The screen checks for the following conditions:

ADHD Autism spectrum Depression Anxiety Bipolar disorder Sleep disturbance PTSD

This fee ensures that only patients with a genuine interest proceed — helping prevent an overflow of submissions.

02

DIVA-5 clinical interview

Patients with a positive screen are offered a one-to-one clinical interview using the DIVA-5 — a globally recognised diagnostic interview for ADHD in adults, based on DSM-5 criteria. The interview covers both current symptoms and childhood history.

24,500 PKR
Structured interview based on the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD
Approximately 90 minutes; covers current symptoms, childhood history, and daily functioning
A family member or close person may be invited to help provide information about childhood

This fee is set at a similar level to the cost of recommended ADHD medication — so that patients who receive a diagnosis are in a position to afford treatment.

03

Official report & suggested treatment plan

After the interview, an official diagnostic report is provided along with personalised recommendations on a comprehensive treatment plan — covering both medication and non-medication strategies, based on current clinical guidelines.

Official diagnostic report, which may support referrals, workplace documentation, or academic accommodation requests where appropriate
Medication recommendations with dosage guidance based on current clinical guidelines
Non-medication strategies including behavioural support, therapy, and lifestyle recommendations

Included in the cost of Step 2 — no additional fee for the report or treatment plan.

04

Follow-up appointments

Follow-up appointments are available to review your progress, monitor your response to treatment, and update your management plan as needed.
